Iced coffee - and also it’s a cocktail!
A favourite suitable for almost any occasion - Here’s my variant. I’ve played around with mixing simple syrup in this but I inevitably found it too sweet. The ratio below is what works well for my tastes.
Ingredients
- 50 cl espresso coffee
- 50 cl Kahlúa
- 40 cl vodka
Instructions
- Shake everything in a shaker filled with ice.
- Strain into a tall martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans and serve!
